WETEX 2018 in Dubai/U.A.E. is the well-established leading platform of the region with continuously raising growth rates. Organizer of the show is DEWA, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. DEWA is the central decision-making authority in the Emirate who is in charge for the awards of all public contracts in the related sectors. The topics of EXPO 2020 - Sustainability, Mobility and Economic Opportunity - reinforce the strategy of the United Arab Emirates to develop a sustainable future by using the most modern technologies available worldwide.
On initiative of VDMA (Mechanical Engineering Industry Association, Frankfurt) the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in cooperation with AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, Berlin) have decided to sponsor the German Pavilion at the Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition - this year for the fifth time in succession.
In this context, German suppliers of water and environmental technology will present their products and solutions to all customers at the German Pavilion at WETEX 2018. On behalf of all exhibitors, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and the German Valve Manufacturer Association (as part of VDMA) would like to wish all participants a successful show and extend a warm welcome to all visitors of the German Pavilion.
